greasy equipment and machine.
Polishing of rusty precision tooling and die / stainless steel.
No harmful chemical and environmental friendly , can be use inside production area.

Cleaning Procedures:

MPC- is ready for immediate use. Simply follow the following instructions for best results.

NEVER USE ON WET SURFACES.
Clean metal surfaces with dry cloth to remove id prior applying “MPC”
Cut a small pie. (Depending on your needs) of MPC from the sheet
Apply a small section of “MPC’ to the metal surfaces to be cleaned and wipe clean dry soft cloth.
Repeat until the entire areas polished.

Note: hl PC contains protective chemicals and wax and penetrate into the pores of metal, leaving a wax coating. The polished metal surfaces refrains from being rust again for much longer period.

NEVER wash ‘MPC’ with water and any otter solution! By doing that, it will lose al it’s chemical contents and caused it to be UNUSEABLE!

-‘MPC’ gets DARKER as it rubs on metal surfaces but discoloration doesn’t affect its effectiveness. Use till it wears prior replacement.

STORAGE:

“MPC” must always be kept a cool place for storage.

Each piece of “MPC” comes with its own poly bag and should be kept inside when not in use.

Room cure: No thawing / curing required.

Sal lifetime: 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Always keep in room temperature.

Vectra® QuanSat™ pre-wetted cleanroom wiper is made from 100% polyester with a sealed border, processed on Texwipe’s automated cleaning system.

Vectra® advances the cleaning process and brings this technology to a higher level of wiper manufacturing.

Each lot of QuanTex™ polyester wipers are tested for cytotoxicity by the Agar Overlay method and for Bacterial Endotoxins by LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) test for an extra level of contamination control assurance. Reports available upon request (TX1086 not applicable).

Vectra® sealed border technology provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles and fibers for use in critical cleaning applications and environments, making it more suitable in wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment, and parts.
