Almatec’s Chemicor features metal air-operated double diaphragm pumps designed for a range of fluids, viscosities, and applications. In creating the Chemicor, Almatec mainly focused on the form of the product chambers, resulting in soft contours, smooth flow channels, and no dead spaces. These aodd pumps incorporate various metallic materials to suit specific application requirements and ensure that all units are corrosion resistant. Models with a centre block made of PE conductive meet the ATEX requirements of the directive 94/9/EG.

The range of plastic air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps by Almatec exceeds industry quality requirements by incorporating standard features and complementing them with a solid block design, energy-efficient air control system, cutting-edge diaphragms, and best-in-class materials. A solid body construction adds to the pumps’ stability and operation’s safety level. Also being mechanically machined using CNC technology, the perfect tolerances between the walls and the parts are achieved. Almatec plastic AODDs are manufactured using PE or PTFE, making them economical to own.
