<p>Microlens arrays are useful for homogenizing a variety of modern light emitters from line-narrowed excimer lasers to high power LEDs. Microlenses are well suited for applications that require high efficiency and non-gaussian uniformity. All microlens arrays are constructed from UV-grade fused silica, offering exceptional performance from 193nm to 2.5μm. The microlens arrays are manufactured using standard semiconductor technologies, yielding very accurate shaping of the lens profile and precise positioning of the lenses within an array. We offer our arrays in two configurations</p>
<h2 class="tabContentHeader">Product Details</h2>
<h3>Square Microlens Arrays</h3>
<p>Our square arrays are available in a standard 10mm x 10mm configuration in a variety of lens pitch and focal length options. Square microlenses are commonly used for beam homogenization and shaping, yielding spot patterns or a square flat-top pattern. The lenses feature a high fill factor which eliminates zero-order hot spots in the illuminated field. Square lenses are often used in pairs, in conjunction with a PCX lens (see above). Typical applications include welding, drilling, laser ablation, and fiber coupling.</p>
<h3>Fly’s Eye Condenser Arrays</h3>
<p>Our fly’s eye condensers arrays are available in 5 and 10mm square configurations, and are designed for flat-top and line generation. The condenser arrays are a monolithic assembly of dual-surface cylindrical microlenses, creating condensers which are completely free of adjustment. These microlenses are commonly used in applications requiring a large illuminated field with a short working distance, such as medical laser use, solar simulation, UV-curing, semiconductor instrumentation and fluorescence microscopy.</p>

<p>AdlOptica aplanoXX Aplan Objectives compensate for spherical aberration and coma when focusing into glass, sapphire, silicon carbide, silicon, PMMA, and other transparent materials at depths up to 4mm. These objectives are designed to be used with ultrafast solid-state and fiber lasers and are optimized for 800nm (Ti:sapphire) and 1030nm (Yb:doped). Featuring C-Mount threading and an optical design insensitive to misalignment, these objectives are easy to integrate into laser systems. AdlOptica aplanoXX Aplan Objectives are ideal for micromachining glass, 3D nanofabrication, waveguide recording, and selective laser etching. A collar on the objective allows for manual adjustment of focus and a replaceable front window protects from debris during materials processing.</p>

<p>Our TECHSPEC® High Performance ReflX™ is built on the same design as our standrd ReflX™ with the added benefits of a λ/4 peak-to-valley (P-V) transmitted wavefront and a tapered mechanical design, which permits use at angles of incidence (AOI) up to 45°. Manufacturing reflective objectives that achieve λ/4 P-V transmitted wavefront requires mirror surfaces to be highly accurate. Our precision manufacturing facilities employ a QED Q22-MRF system and QED SSI Sub-Aperture Stitching Interferometer to polish and test our mirrors to surface accuracies of better than λ/20 P-V.</p>

<p>Mitutoyo NIR, NUV, and UV Infinity Corrected Objectives combine the benefits of the standard M Plan Apo and M Plan Apo SL series objectives with enhanced spectral ranges. The NIR objectives are corrected from 480 to 1800nm and feature enhanced transmission of the fundamental and second harmonic of Nd:YAG lasers for laser cutting applications. The NUV and UV series of objectives also have excellent performance at the second, third, and fourth Nd:YAG harmonics of 532nm, 355nm, and 266nm respectively. Mitutoyo NIR, NUV, and UV Infinity Corrected Objectives are ideal for applications that require a significant distance between the objective lens and the object such as semiconductor inspection, machine vision, and defect detection. The HR series offers an increased numerical aperture, providing smaller spot sizes and higher resolution.</p>

<p>G&amp;H Pockels Cells are designed to provide high performance electro-optic phase modulation though the Pockels effect, serving as a voltage controlled waveplate. Utilizing the highest purity 99% KD*P crystals or triple Beta Barium Borate (BBO) crystals, these Pockels cells achieve &gt;98% transmission from the UV to NIR spectra and feature a high damage threshold of &gt;10 J/cm<sup>2</sup>. The sealed, nitrogen-filled, compact design of these Pockels cells with ceramic apertures and premium UV-grade fused silica windows ensures high transmission and contrast ratios over its long lifetime. The Impact Series features robust sol-gel and dielectric AR coatings with high damage thresholds compatible with common laser wavelengths from 300 – 1100nm. Advanced connectors designed for high-voltage operations offer rapid connection which facilitates straightforward system design and assembly. Chiron Pockels cells minimize piezoelectric coupling coefficients and the BBO crystal enables them to operate at high repetition rates reaching up to 1 MHz, devoid of any piezoelectric ringing. Additionally, leveraging the dual crystal configuration of BBO, the Chiron series achieves a reduced driving quarter wave voltage, while upholding a voltage contrast ratio exceeding 1000:1 at 1064nm. These Pockels cells are ideal for a range of laser-based applications such as Q-switching, pulse picking, regenerative amplification, and laser power control.</p>
