Yamada® specializes in manufacturing high-pressure diaphragm pumps with a 2:1 ratio that are specifically designed to meet the demands of applications that require more than the standard 100 PSI pump operating pressure.

These pumps are capable of achieving a maximum discharge pressure of 180 PSI with only 100 PSI air inlet pressure supplied. Although the flow rate is approximately half that of equivalent size pumps, the double discharge output is made possible by applying air pressure to both diaphragm surfaces.

One of the key advantages of these pumps is that they do not require elaborate bypasses, relief valves, or complicated controls. Additionally, they offer excellent pressure retention capabilities.
