• Uncoated Connector: The opposite end of the cable features an uncoated FC/PC or FC/APC connector, suitable for standard fiber-to-fiber connections.

• Durable Construction: Each cable is built with 0.3 mm Kevlar-reinforced furcation tubing, providing excellent protection and durability.

Benefits of AR Coating:

• Improved Return Loss: AR coating reduces reflections, leading to cleaner signals and minimizing interference. For example, uncoated FC/PC connectors typically have a return loss of ~15 dB, while AR-coated FC/PC connectors can achieve ~24 dB.

Important Note:

• The AR-coated end is optimized for free-space applications (e.g., collimation). Avoid mating AR-coated connectors to prevent increased back reflections and transmission loss.
